ASGA Solar Grazing Contract Template
The ASGA Solar Grazing Contract Template was developed in partnership between ASGA and the Food and Beverage Law Clinic at Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub School of Law. The template was created in 2018 and updated in 2022 and 2026.
It is organized as a template for a Master Services Agreement (MSA) governing all solar grazing arrangements between a sheep grazier and a solar company, together with corresponding Statements of Work (SOW) containing specific terms for each solar grazing site.
