ASGA Votes to Expand Board of Directors, Elects 4 New Board Members
At the 4th Annual Meeting of the American Solar Grazing Association, our membership overwhelmingly voted to expand our board from 9 to 11 members to take on the increased responsibilities created by ASGA’s rapid growth. Over 260 new members have joined in the past 12 months alone!
Having approved the board expansion, members voted in 4 new Board of Directors, who are leaders in the solar grazing, sheep, and solar energy industries. The new directors also increase ASGA’s geographic representation on the board. The new members hail from the Midwest (Iowa), Texas, the Southeast (Virginia), and Canada. The membership also re-elected 2 founding board members.
The membership also re-elected 2 founding board members.
Two board members, Ryan Kelliher and Caleb Scott (founding board member), are leaving the Board of Directors but will stay engaged in ASGA in advisory roles. We thank them for their hard work and dedication to our organization and look forward to having them continue to be engaged in the community.
Please join ASGA in welcoming our new board members and congratulating our returning directors!
