Earlier this week, we had the opportunity to spend the day with the Arevon team for an ASGA Solar Grazing Management Certification for Solar Industry Professionals!
The training gave the team a closer look at what it’s like to have sheep on a solar site, from understanding sheep behavior and welfare to grazing management, site design, equipment, and working with graziers. We also spent time on a grazed solar site, giving participants the chance to connect the classroom concepts with what solar grazing looks like in practice.
It was a great day of learning, discussion, and digging into the practical side of integrating sheep into solar operations. Thanks to the Arevon team for joining us and for the thoughtful questions throughout the training!
