Take the ASGA Solar Grazing Census!
Have you ever wondered how many acres of solar farms are being grazed or how many solar graziers there are in the U.S.? What about the average cost per acre to graze solar?
These are all questions we get frequently at ASGA. As you might imagine, we’re eager to find out the answers to these questions and compile the most accurate and comprehensive picture of solar grazing in America to date.
That’s why we’re excited to announce that the American Solar Grazing Association (ASGA) is conducting the our first-ever U.S. solar grazing census!
Don’t miss out! By filling out the census, you’ll ensure we get the most accurate and comprehensive picture of solar grazing in America to date. If we don’t hear from folks like you, then we won’t know what’s really happening with solar grazing in the US.
Plus you’ll get a $10 discount on your membership and a chance to enter a drawing for a $100 Amazon gift card and some ASGA swag 😎.
✨ Please take a few minutes to fill out the census and when you’re done, share it with any other solar graziers you know!

About the Solar Grazing Census
The overall goal of this study is to assess standardized metrics that can be used to evaluate solar sheep grazing and to further identify best practices for these systems. Furthermore, this census will provide an updated picture of the scale and reach of solar grazing in the U.S.
ASGA is hoping to hear from as many solar graziers, as well as businesses or organizations that represent them, as possible and is grateful for those that can spend a few minutes to complete the survey.
We also greatly appreciate you inviting other solar graziers to participate. All identities will be kept confidential.
The census is supported by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s InSPIRE Project.
